our story
Greg Mitchell and Chad Conley met while farming at Four Season Farm in Harborside, Maine. After discovering a shared passion for classy food, trashy establishments, and 90s rap music, they began day dreaming about the restaurant they would one day open.
Eventually, the pair found themselves reunited once again in Maine, this time ready to put a plan into action. Their search for a home to share their ideas about food and hospitality brought them to the Palace Diner in Biddeford. They strive every day to make the most delicious food possible in an environment that is warm, fun and welcoming to all.
