Q: What are your hours?

A: We are currently open 7 days a week from 7am - 2pm. Breakfast and lunch are served all day.

Q: Do you take reservations?

A: We do not. We are walk-in only and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. We employ a waitlist during busy times.

Q: Can I pay with my credit card?

A: Nope. We are cash only (unless placing an online order).

Q: Do you do takeout?

A: Yes! But only via online orders. Head to this link.

Q: Why can’t I order online during your open hours?

A: Sometimes we get too busy in the diner and have to temporarily suspend takeout orders. If online ordering isn’t available, check again soon!

Q: How big is Palace Diner?

A: Palace is a 15-seat counter.

Q: Do you have outdoor seating?

A: We do not..

Q: It seems like you guys never answer your phone. How do I get in touch?

You are correct! We no longer answer the phone or regularly check messages. If you need to get in touch, shoot us an email. We check email regularly, but please do not expect an immediate response to urgent matters.
